Where and how does IRON HERITAGE deliver memorials?
Where do we deliver?
Currently, IRON HERITAGE delivers throughout the United States. International shipping is also available upon request.
How are the memorials delivered?
Memorials are delivered just like most online purchases. You select your design online, and it will be shipped directly to your desired location. Depending on the design, memorials are shipped in 1 to 5 easy-to-handle packages that can fit into most vehicles.
For memorials up to 45.6 in tall, 19.7 in wide, and 0.24 in thick, we ship safely and affordably via USPS, UPS, FedEx or an equivalent service. Shipping costs are not included in the price. Larger memorials are delivered via freight partners, with any additional shipping fees provided in advance.
Our packaging is secure, stable, and eco-friendly — made from 99% renewable materials to minimize waste.
What is the delivery time?
Our goal is to take the necessary time to craft a perfect memorial while avoiding pressure on our production partners. Standard delivery time is approximately 10 to 14 weeks. Memorials requiring powder coating may take slightly longer.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Size and weight determine the cost. For larger or custom memorials, we’ll provide a shipping quote before you order.
What should I do if there’s shipping damage?
Our memorials are securely packaged, but in rare cases, damage can occur. Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If there’s visible damage, have the carrier note it in writing or digitally before signing. Take photos and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
